Shipping Policies and Instructions

  • Free Shipping on most orders over $1600

  • $29.95 Flat-Rate Shipping on small orders under $99 dollars 

  • At Unique Outdoor Living / BBQdeal.com we strive to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible

  • Most orders will take between 7-10 business days to be delivered to our customers

  • Unforeseeable conditions such as road, weather, and location may affect these delivery times

  • Other delays may include manufacturer back orders and or custom order lead times

  • We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Internationally 

  • All Shipments are curbside ONLY - No Backyard or Garage deliveries unless arranged by us prior and there will be extra cost for this service from the carrier. 

  • Most carriers will call prior to delivery however; there are times where a carrier cannot make contact with the customer which may cause delays in delivering your order

  • Some of the products we ship can be heavy so please make sure you have people on site to receive your products

  • Client is responsible for inspecting all freight including taking photos of any damaged freight. Please refuse any items that are defective, damaged, or a wrong items. Any other refused items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Call us immediately at 408-287-5511 so we can arrange replacement items to be sent out to you. Write down any refused or damaged items on the shipping carriers form and then send us a photo to sales@uniqueoutdoorliving.com

White Glove Delivery Options Available For Local Purchases ( Bay Area Only ) ( Call For Quote )

  • Freestanding Grill - Delivery and Assembly - Customer is required to make their own gas or electrical connections

  • Fire-pit - Delivery and Assembly - Customer is required to make their own gas or electrical connections

  • Furniture - Delivery and Assembly

  • Cabinets from Stoll And Challenger -  Delivery, Assembly and placement of appliances/components.                        (We do not connect or install gas or electrical lines) 

  • Site Inspection or Site Photos are required in order to accurately quote a White Glove Delivery 

Return Policy for Stock and Custom Items

  • 30-Day Return Policy is offered on all unused and resalable items in the original packaging minus shipping charges

  • No Restocking Fees on Unopened and Unboxed Items in original condition as received / minus shipping cost

  • Client is responsible for inspecting all freight including taking photos of any damaged freight and refusing all damaged items. Call us immediately at 408-287-5511 so we can arrange a replacement. 

  • If you need to return unused items please call us or email us within 10 days for a return authorization. Items must be in resalable conditions. We reserve the right to inspect items prior to issuing refunds minus any shipping cost incurred. 

  • All items missing materials, manuals, components, or open box are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  • Most items need a return authorization that we send to you. Please print and attach this to the outside of the box. Please do not write this on the outside of the box or there is an automatic restocking fee applied of 25% 

  • Items without a Return Authorization may be refused or will have up to a 50% restocking fee charged depending on condition of the items

  • Products must be returned within 10 days after we issue a Returned Authorization

  • All product defects are handled by the manufacturer under their warranty policy

  • Custom or special order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once ordered.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return
